Compact Drumsticks
The concept of shorter drumstick models has been on the mind of Meinl Stick & Brush’s development team for some time now. This is why they are very happy to present a new series consisting of three models, all of them Compact Drumsticks.
Compact drumsticks feature smaller dimensions in diameter and length compared to all other Meinl Stick & Brush drumsticks, making them particularly suitable for e-drums where striking surfaces are smaller than an acoustic kit. Like all Meinl Stick & Brush drumsticks, they are made in Germany from durable American Hickory, feature an oval tip and a medium taper. Due to the shorter length, the sticks are also ideal for young drummers and students, but should by no means be used only for this purpose. They are also intended for adults who prefer shorter sticks without quality concerns.
Available in three different sizes:
- 13" long, 0.510" in diameter (SB139)
- 14" long, 0.520" in diameter (SB140)
- 15" long, 0.530" in diameter (SB141)
Diego Galé Signature Timbales Sticks
Grammy-winner producer, composer, and instrumentalist Diego Galé has devoted his artistic life to the knowledge of Afro-Cuban music to integrate it with his special way of creating music with flavor.
The Meinl Stick & Brush Diego Galé Signature Timbales Stick is designed for players like Diego who want extra reach and power when needed. Made from American Hickory, these timbales sticks are well-balanced and durable with a 16 1/4" length and 1/2" diameter. Each end is rounded for easy handling and maximum playability. This is a unique option for percussionists looking for more than a standard sized timbales stick.

“I am very demanding in the small details which add up to a big difference overall. I present to you my Diego Galé Signature Timbales Stick, which has the qualities to achieve a deep and brilliant sound in the bells as well as being forceful when playing the cascara on timbales.

7A Drumstick Pencil
Made from pine wood and equipped with graphite, the Meinl 7A Drumstick Pencil is a fun way for drummers and non-drummers alike to take notes, draw, write music, and drum wherever they are!
It features a diameter of 0.365" and a length of 8.7" combined with an oval tip and medium taper for a great balance and articulation on any surface. Perfect for air-drumming, desk drumming, or your next break room gig.

Kinetic Drum Key in Antique Bronze
In 2022, Meinl Stick & Brush is presenting the Kinetic Drum Key in a new finish called Antique Bronze. The oversized handle makes for better handling. At 75 grams, the Meinl Kinetic Key is among the heaviest on the market. The added mass allows it to stay in position while enabling quick drumhead changes – also works with most standard power drills.
The Drum Key is now available in three options: Antique Bronze Plated, Chrome Plated and Black Nickel Plated.
22" Carbon Ripstop Cymbal Bag
A low-key design is coupled with ultra-durable materials to make the 22" Meinl Carbon Ripstop Cymbal Bag ideal for traveling through packed city environments to get to the gig or studio.
The all-black “carbon” exterior finish is made with strong 600D woven polyester ripstop. Extra threads forming a cross-hatch pattern add protection against rips and tears. This material is backed with a PVC lining to give the bag more structure and durability. Adjustable padded backpack straps with ABS ladder locks and chest buckle let you wear the bag comfortably on your back to keep your hands free. These straps may be tucked into the large rear pocket when not in use. A thick, reinforced carrying grip gives you the ability to grab the bag quickly. For extra storage, the rear side features a large zippered pocket where you can stow spare parts, tools, accessories or sheet music.
To get more use out of the exterior, the hihat compartment is equipped with a strip of heavy-duty webbed PP loops to attach a carabiner or any other clip. This is a great place to attach keys, a water bottle or quick access drum tools. Inside the main compartment, this heavily padded area holds cymbals up to 22" in diameter and includes four padded sewn-in cymbal dividers to prevent metal-on-metal contact. The bottom features an extra-wide, thick EVA lining to protect cymbal edges and extend the life of the bag. The exterior hihat compartment fits cymbals up to 15" in diameter and includes a padded cymbal divider as well as a quick access pouch that’s perfect for a hihat clutch or drum key. All interior surfaces are made with 420D polyester woven fabric with PU coating for abrasion resistance.
Getting into the bag is made easy with large metal zipper pull handles. These coiled nylon zippers are strong and long-lasting while giving you a smooth, quick feel when opening and closing compartments. Topping off the bag, a subtle Meinl logo blends in with the dark finish for a high-end, minimalist look that doesn’t stand out.

Heavy Cymbal Bacon
The sound of rivets can add a new dynamic to your ride, crash, or effect cymbal, but the thought of drilling your precious cymbal can seem harsh and frightening. The answer is to simply: Add Meinl Cymbals Bacon Sizzler.
The thin washer is made to fit on any cymbal stand and can quickly be added or removed (underneath or on top of your cymbal felts or use without felts) as needed throughout your live set, without scratching or harming cymbal finishes. Some tunes will cause your cymbals to really come alive with the extra sustain and sizzle.
For an even more powerful and louder sizzle sound, check out the new Meinl Heavy Cymbal Bacon. Its larger balls give it a heavier weight, which shortens the sizzle effect a bit and gives your cymbals a deep, dark timbre.
Marshmallow Practice Pads
Work on rudiments, dial-in technique or just chop out while not disturbing anyone around you – all this will be possible with the new Marshmallow Practice Pads from Meinl Cymbals.
Their specially formulated, super thick foam surface provides rebound with ultra-low volume. This means you can drop the decibels while practicing without losing a bouncy feel.
The solid modern composite base is padded on the underside so you can play the pad on any surface. The Meinl Marshmallow Pad is equipped with an 8 mm threaded insert to mount on the new Meinl Cymbals Practice Pad Stand or any other cymbal stand.

The Drum Honey Slab is washable by using a drop of dish soap and water. Let it air dry (no direct sunlight), and its stickiness will recover.
